We had planned a road trip from Chandigarh to Leh and back. The trip was planned way in advance and as we were 2 families with 2 kids, we wanted a big comfortable car. After much research on google, we finalised on Chauhan Self Drive cars for our car needs. We reached out to Mr Chauhan ji who was very helpful from the first call. We decided on Toyota Hycross and paid a token advance to book the car. On the day we arrived in Chandigarh at 11pm in the night, the owner himself had come to handover the car. The car was handed over to us clean. On our way the tyre got burst due to bad roads and the owner was kind enough to tell us to replace the tyres and even paid for the 2 tyre replacement we had to make due to multiple punctures. Overall very satisfied with Chauhan ji and the car hire experience with them. The complete process is very transparent which is a very refreshing experience in these times….!!!
